Shehzad Sultan is a Founder and Managing Partner at Bull & Czar. Prior to founding Bull & Czar, Shehzad has had an illustrious corporate career with global multinationals, such as, Schneider Electric, MetLife, and General Electric (GE)—he was last associated with one of the largest regional conglomerates, Majid Al Futtaim.

 

Shehzad started his HR professional career in Dubai with SpenglerFox, an international executive search consultancy, where he was responsible or various industrial sectors, namely: Healthcare, Technology, FMCG, and Oil & Gas.

 

Later, in GE, MetLife, and Schneider Electric, he was not only responsible for recruitment but also significantly contributed from an HR Business Partnership perspective. Having worked in various world-class organizations in different sectors and different roles, including strategic policymaking, such as Talent Management, Talent Development, Organizational Re-structuring, Employee Relations, and Talent Acquisition, has provided him with a unique ability to holistically partner with clients to find solutions for their immediate, intermediate, and strategic challenges.         

 

Shehzad’s first degree is Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, followed up by a Post. Grad. in Communications Technology & Policy from the University of Strathclyde. His final educational qualification is a Master’s in Management from the University of Glasgow. He has additionally received professional training from the respective organizations he worked in.  

 

Shehzad has lived and worked in three countries (Pakistan, United Kingdom, and the United Arab Emirates) and is quad-lingual, fluently speaking English, Urdu, Hindi, and Pashto.
